Long-Term Rentals

  • The leasing efforts for long-term rentals applicants include the screening for credit score, criminal history, sex offender status, past evictions, income verification and references

  • If the only service is to market and lease the property, the leasing fee is equal to one month's rent. If the property management efforts are included for the lease duration, the leasing fee is discounted to 75% of first month's rent.

  • The management fee service is between 8% to 10% of the collected rent depending on property scenario and services required (not collected for the first month due to leasing fee)

Short-Term Rentals

  • Short-terms rentals require hands-on property management to facilitate the constant guest transitions

  • The management fee service is between 15% to 25% of the collected rent depending on the property scenario and services required
